Purpose

KAZAKDBYEDEK is an internal tool used only by our own IT administrators. It uploads encrypted-in-transit copies of our company's own database backups to our company's own Google Drive account. It is not offered to the public and has no end users other than our administrators.

Google user data accessed

The application requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. With this scope it can see, create, edit and delete only the files it has created itself (the backup files). It cannot read, list or change any other file in the Google Drive account, and it does not access email, contacts, profile data or any other Google service.

How the data is used

• Backup files are uploaded to Google Drive and old backups are deleted according to our retention policy.
• No Google user data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI/ML models.
• Access tokens are stored only on our own backup server, readable only by its administrators.

Data retention and deletion

Backup files are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the application can no longer access Google Drive.

Compliance

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
